Yearly billing
Core is $25 and Premium is $50 per active participant per year. That is two months free compared with paying monthly.
Free trial
Both paid plans start with a one-month free trial through the Microsoft marketplace. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Reaching the Free cap
When a tenant reaches 10 active participants on Free, additional participants are not prompted until the team upgrades. Plan changes take effect for future standup runs.
Counting participants
Standly counts distinct people. Ten people spread across four standups are ten active participants, and one person in four standups is one.
Azure DevOps on Free or Core
Standups run the same way. The Azure DevOps link, pre-fill, write-back, digest summary and analytics are Premium only.
How you pay
Billing will go through Microsoft on the tenant you already have, the same way you pay for the rest of Microsoft 365.
